Day 1 - Welcome & Flow
  • Check-in at the school from 15:00
  • Class 1 (17:00): Gentle Yoga & Mobility — release travel tension
  • Dinner on your own in Setúbal
  • Evening: Welcome gathering at the studio
Day 2 - Pole, Yoga & Adventure
  • 08:00 – Light breakfast
  • Class 2 (09:00): Pole Dance — Technique & Combos
  • Class 3 (11:30): Dynamic Yoga — Strength & Flexibility
  • 13:30 – Lunch on your own
  • 15:00 – Boat trip to Tróia, free time at the beach or dunes
  • 19:00 – Return to Setúbal
  • Dinner on your own
Day 3 - Closing & Empowerment
  • 08:00 – Light breakfast
  • Class 4 (09:00): Pole Dance — Choreography & Expression
  • Class 5 (11:00): Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation
  • 13:00 – Closing brunch at the school
  • Farewell & check-out from 15:00

HOW TO FIND THE STUDIO

Setúbal is a beautiful green place fishing town surrounded by the Serra de Arrábida located at the confluence of the Sado River and the Atlantic Sea.

Studio Location

  • On request and subject to availability we can arrange airport pick-up.
Recommendations
  • Visit all the beautiful beaches from the Costa Azul and the National Park Serra da Arrábida.
  • Board the ferry to visit the Troia peninsula, which is just opposite.
  • Activities such as Kayak tours, Snorkeling, Coasteering, Boat tours, Dolfin Tours, and The route of wine.

What level of dance is required?
This is an open-level event.
Does the price include accommodation?
Yes, the price includes accommodation in a cutie double-floor spacious shared room with a maximum of five people.
Is it possible to book a private room?
Yes, booking a private room outside the residence is possible for an extra charge. For more details, please get in touch with us.
Can I bring my partner/friend/family to the residence outside of class?
Bringing a partner/friend/family is not allowed.
Is the price of the package refundable?
No, but it is transferable. Someone can take your place.
