"My name is Eva, I’m 33 years old. I’m doing Yoga for 11 years now. I did my Yoga teacher training in 2016 in Rishikesh, India. I did workshops in terms of Yoga therapy and Pre-and Postnatal. I started with Kundalini Yoga and did the TTC in Hatha Yoga. I think the best thing to do is listen to your body. So, I tried different Styles throughout the years and try to connect them. More of a Hatha Yoga Style though.

I would love to share my experience with you and help you to connect you with your inside. To me Yoga is a source of energy. Giving me Strength, Peace and a Connection to myself.

OM shanti"
